About Us

Kore Nissenson Glied, Ph.D.

Dr. Kore Glied is a clinical psychologist. She worked as an Assistant Professor of Psychology in NYC hospitals for 15 years including Montefiore and NYU Medical Centers and most recently for seven years at Mount Sinai. Dr. Glied spent four years working at Crossover Health, an integrative primary care center, affiliated with NBC Comcast Universal. She has maintained a private practice in Manhattan since 2010, where she provides evidence-based treatment including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for adults with anxiety, depression, and stress due to a wide range of conditions including past history of trauma, pregnancy, and relationship issues. Dr. Glied received her BA from Carleton College in Minnesota. After receiving her doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Rutgers University in 2006, she completed an internship at Montefiore Medical Center and a postdoctoral fellowship in trauma at NYU. Anna White

Anna White is a former investments executive who spent 20 years working for a range of Wall Street firms in capital markets, private equity, equity research, and asset management. She experienced severe burnout at one point in her career which led to a chronic illness that was difficult to diagnose, treat, and recover from. Type C traits were a significant contributor to her declining health. After leaving corporate life, she founded a specialty care package company, Rest & Heal, which focuses on supporting women who have suffered hardship and/or illness through carefully curated gift packages meant to soothe, educate and re-energize the spirit. She holds a B.S. and M.B.A. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Visit her company here.
